Erin Hilgendorf is a multimodality artist and chef who believes in the body’s innate capacity to heal. Her work explores the relationship between physical health, mental perception, and how we integrate our experiences to live in greater harmony with the natural world.

Her approach is rooted in the belief that true nourishment extends beyond food. Through cooking, creative practice, and holistic education— Erin curates nourishing experiences that support people to reconnect with themselves, their communities, and the more-than-human world.

Erin has devoted her studies to clinical herbalism, holistic nutrition, integrative and natural medicine, environmental stewardship, and ecopsychology. A self-taught chef, she views cooking as both a creative practice and a direct relationship with nature.

When she is not in the kitchen, Erin works with clients one-on-one supporting their physical and spiritual healing journeys. She also enjoys writing poetry, composing music, cultural immersion, and tending her home in Missoula, Montana.
